according to new study a psychological hurt of a break up is real as
a physical injury. two areas of the brain that respond to physical pain
also become activated when a person is dealing with social or romantic
pain, such a being dumped researchers have dug deep into the roots of
rejection ,they have found that the pain of being excluded is not so
different from the pain of physical injury. social rejection can influence
emotion, cognition and even physical health and increases anger ,jealousy,
depression and sadness .
people who feel excluded have poorer sleep quality, and their immune system
falling weak as those of people with strong social connections.

it may take time to heal from a break up or being hurt, but most people
eventually get over the pain and hurt feelings of rejection. however,
depression,abuse,revenge and suicide are not uncommon responses.

people finally give up. it’s more important to be able to feel the pain.”
